Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using thecampmatc.com ("Website") or enrolling in any program offered by The Camp Martial Arts Training Center (referred to herein as "The Camp M.A.T.C.," "we," "us," or "our").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our Website, submitting forms, purchasing a trial or membership, or participating in any services offered by The Camp M.A.T.C. at our Pompano Beach, Florida location, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws.

2. Services and Risks

2.1 Assumption of Risk: All activities offered by The Camp M.A.T.C., including Kickboxing, Muay Thai, and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ), involve physical exertion, risks, and dangers of serious injury, including permanent disability, paralysis, or death. 2.2 Acknowledgment of Health: By participating in any class, you affirm that you are in good physical health and do not suffer from any medical condition that would prevent your participation. You agree to assume and accept all risks associated with participation. 2.3 Release and Waiver: You hereby release, discharge, and agree to hold harmless The Camp M.A.T.C., its instructors, owners, and agents from all liability, claims, demands, losses, or damages caused or alleged to be caused in whole or in part by your participation.

3. Membership, Fees, and Billing

3.1 Standard Contract: All standard memberships require a minimum 12-month contractual commitment, unless explicitly stated otherwise (e.g., Paid-in-Full options). 3.2 Standard Monthly Fee: The recurring monthly membership fee is $189.00 (subject to change with prior notice). 3.3 Initial Fees: A one-time Registration Fee of $299.00 is required upon enrollment in the standard 12-month contract, unless waived under a specific promotional offer. 3.4 Billing: All monthly membership fees are billed automatically via the payment method on file on the same day each month. 3.5 Termination: Membership cancellation prior to the expiration of the 12-month commitment may be subject to an early termination fee as defined in your separate Membership Agreement Contract.

4. Trial Offers and Promotions

4.1 $14.99 Trial Week: The $14.99 Trial Week grants the participant unlimited access to standard classes for a period of seven (7) consecutive days, beginning on the date of purchase. This includes one (1) free 1-on-1 consultation/training session and one (1) set of free hand wraps. 4.2 Expiration: All introductory offers, including the waiver of the $299 Registration Fee, expire automatically upon the conclusion of the stated promotional period (e.g., the 7th day of the trial).

5. Code of Conduct

All members and guests must adhere to the rules and regulations of The Camp M.A.T.C. Failure to comply with safety procedures or disrespectful conduct towards staff or other members may result in immediate suspension or termination of membership without refund.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Broward County, Florida.
